Abe’s Process #4 - Virtual Reality

The Abraham’s Virtual Reality Process is a manifestation technique using focused imagination to create a feel-good scenario, activating positive vibrations and aligning you with your desires by vividly imagining a joyful, ideal situation (like a perfect vacation or happy moment) to shift your emotional state, rather than trying to "fix" a current negative problem, teaching your mind to feel good and attract more good things.

The goal is to practice feeling good without the interference of your current reality. Unlike standard manifestation, this is not used to "fix" a problem; rather, it is used to train your vibration to stay at a high level so the Law of Attraction can bring you better things automatically.

How to do the Virtual Reality Process

  1. Choose a good-feeling scene: Pick a place or situation that genuinely makes you feel happy, peaceful, or joyful.

  2. Add sensory details: Make it real in your mind – what time of day is it, what do you see, feel (temperature, air), hear, and who might be there (if anyone).

  3. Focus on the feeling: Engage in the imagined scene as if it's happening now, allowing yourself to experience the positive emotions it brings.

  4. Avoid problem-solving: Do not use this to fix a current problem, as that brings negative energy; instead, create a new, positive reality to shift your vibration.

  5. Practice regularly: The goal is to train your brain to feel good, making it easier to attract what you want, according to this Medium article.

  6. Add Minimal Subjects: If you include others, ensure their presence feels entirely good. If their involvement causes even a hint of doubt or stress, keep yourself alone in the scene.

  7. Keep it Brief: Practice the scene for only about 30 seconds (or up to 1-2 minutes). Abraham Hicks suggests that if you go longer, your mind may start to introduce "how" or "when" questions, which creates resistance.

  8. Exit While Feeling Good: Stop the visualization while it still feels wonderful. This leaves your vibration at that high "set point".

Key takeaway

It's a powerful visualization tool to practice feeling good, training your vibrational state to attract desired outcomes, not a literal VR simulation.
