ARE YOU ALLOWING YOUR SELF TO BE BOTHERED?
Do you have a family member or coworker or friend that just seems to irritate you whenever you interact with them? Do you find your Self sometimes consumed with thoughts about this person, maybe even analyzing, criticizing and/or judging them or what they “did to you”? Or maybe it’s a SITUATION that keeps appearing on your path that has you DISTURBED and BOTHERED that you just can’t seem to be able to put behind you. Here’s the thing my friends, NO PERSON or SITUATION, in and of itself, is actually bothersome but rather you are ALLOWING THEM or IT to BOTHER YOU. You CAN CHOOSE to NOT BE BOTHERED by that SITUATION or PERSON. You CAN CHOOSE to just go about your life NOT CONSUMED with THOUGHTS about PEOPLE and SITUATIONS that are not PLEASING TO YOU. You don’t have to ANALYZE, CRITICIZE or JUDGE the SITUATION or PERSON, you CAN just LET THEM be who they are without your OPINION. You CAN just LET GO of the SITUATION and reach for a BETTER FEELING ONE.
