A Fresh And Inspiring Approach To Setting Your New Yearβs Goals!
This season often inspires many of us to contemplate our goals and aspirations for the coming year; I can certainly relate. I've been diving into insights from our favorite teachers on this topic, and I must say, it has been truly transformative! I absolutely adore this refreshing new perspective on achieving our desires in a way that feels EASY and SIMPLE, without the burdens of STRUGGLE, SACRIFICE, EARLY MORNING ALARMS, HARD WORK, ETC. Itβs all about ALIGNMENTβ it's all about getting into the FEELING PLACE of having it already accomplished, and itβs about BECOMING the person who already possesses that desire!
I have compiled a list of steps towards achieving your goals that were common amongst our favorite teachers. I ENCOURAGE you to purchase a notebook (if you haven't already) and use it quite extensively this year! Write your DESIRES in it and the progress along the way. Journal about your experiences this year. Write a thank you note to Source daily. Script your NEW STORY!
OKAY so here we go.... let's do this!
STEP ONE - Define Your Desire (Goal) - Write down the specific details of what it is that you desire to create or achieve in your reality. You have to be real clear about what it is that you desire.
STEP TWO - Identify The Why (Emotions/Feelings) - Identify the feeling you will have once the goal is achieved (e.g., gratitude, freedom, confidence, excitement, joy). You must feel this emotion before the event occurs to signal your body that the future is already happening.
STEP THREE - Imagination/Mental Scene - Use your imagination to design a short, sensory-rich scene that implies your desire is already a fact. Create a vivid mental scene effectively implying that your goal is already accomplished. Do not imagine how it happens, only the end result.
STEP FOUR - Assume The Feeling Of The Desire Fulfilled (Already Done and Yours) - Feel as if your goal is already achieved, embodying the consciousness of the person who has it. This is the critical step. You must assume the feeling that you would feel if the goal were already a reality. This feeling is the language that communicates with the universal field. Remember, ITβS DONE, ITβS DONE, ITβS DONE!
STEP FIVE - Persist In This State - Return to the feeling/mental scene regularly, ignoring doubts, until the outer world reflects your inner reality. Use your imagination and quieted mind to mentally rehearse your new life. By repeatedly practicing the thoughts and feelings of your future self, you "prime" your brain and body to make choices that align with that new reality.
STEP SIX - Let Go Of The How - Focus on the feeling of completion rather than the "how," as questioning the path manifests the path, not the result. Don't force actions; instead, do simple, inspired actions from the feeling of your wish fulfilled, trusting the inner state brings the outer. You do not need to figure out the "how" or the specific steps. Once the end is accepted by your subconscious, you will be led through a natural series of events to the fulfillment. Release all attachment to how the goal should look or manifest. Trust that the "Higher Mind" knows the best path
STEP SEVEN - Live From The End - Act and speak as if the desire is already a fact. Ignore sensory evidence to the contrary (your current reality) and stay faithful to your inner vision.

Core Principles of βGoal Settingβ
Alignment Over Effort: Your dominant intention should be to feel good first. If working toward a goal feels like a struggle, you are vibrationally misaligned with the result.
The Emotional Outcome: Pursue goals for the emotional relief or joy they provide today. If you use a future event to feel good now, you are using the "now" effectively.
Contrast as a Tool: When you experience what you don't want (contrast), it automatically launches a new desire (a goal) into your vibrational reality.
Imagination Creates Reality: What you vividly imagine and feel as real will objectify in your world.
Think FROM the Goal, Not OF It: Do not imagine yourself looking at your goal in the future. Instead, imagine yourself living inside the result now, looking out at the world from that perspective.
Persistence in Assumption: If your senses or the "3D world" contradict your goal, ignore them. Persist in the internal feeling that the goal is already a fact until it "hardens into fact" externally.
The "Bridge of Incident": You do not need to figure out the "how" or the specific steps. Once the end is accepted by your subconscious, you will be led through a natural series of events (the "bridge") to the fulfillment.
End "Big" Goal Thinking: Stop classifying goals as "big" or "impossible." This creates resistance. View your desired state as "normal" or "natural" to make it easier for your mind to accept.
The Ultimate Mission: The primary purpose of a goal is to cause expansion and to feel the thrill of desire flowing through you in the "now". Instead of setting goals in the conventional way, you now embody the person who has already achieved them in your imagination, and then your external reality will adjust to mirror that inner truth.
