Start and End your day IN THE ZONE!
What does your typical morning routine look like? Are you hitting the snooze button to catch a little more sleep or waking up feeling refreshed and ready to create a magnificent day? Do you get plugged into Source first thing and intend how your day is going to play out or do you just blunder into your day hoping for the best? You see my friends, you get to SET THE TONE for your day and you do that by getting tuned into Source and INTENDING and CREATING your day the way you DESIRE it to be! All of our great teachers talk about how important it is to get CONNECTED first thing, or as Abraham puts it “get in ALIGNMENT and then…”. Tapping into Source, your Higher Mind, Universal Forces, first thing when you wake up, sets you up to be in RECEPTIVE MODE of all the good things that are flowing your way. You will recognize SYNCHRONICITIES and things just LINING UP for you. You will FEEL your CREATIVE POWER as you notice that you are TUNED INTO the IDEAS and MESSAGES that are being sent to you continually throughout your day. So instead of PLUNGING AHEAD into your day, stop and take just 15 minutes to get in the ZONE. And if you do this EVERY day for just 30 days you will notice a HUGE TRANSFORMATION in your life. THINGS, EXPERIENCES and PEOPLE will just start falling into place for you, WITHOUT any effort on your part.
And what about your evening routine? Do you fall asleep with the TV on, maybe even playing news or crime shows? Do you go to bed frustrated, angry, upset, dissatisfied, grumpy? Or do you BASK your Self to sleep? Do you INTEND to sleep well and wake up refreshed? Do you say THANK YOU for all the MAGNIFICENT events that took place during your day? Again, all of our great teachers talk about the importance of falling asleep “in the zone” of SATISFIED, HAPPY, POSITIVE, and DREAMING of all our DESIRES as already DONE! You get to tell your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, your HIGHER MIND, all the UNIVERSAL FORCES, how your reality is going to play out, and you do this right before you fall asleep so that It can get to work arranging everything on your behalf. So again, just 15 minutes IN THE ZONE before you fall asleep at night for just 30 days, and the OUTCOME will be beyond your WILDEST DREAMS!
