What worked for Diane
So I gotta tell ya my friends, the things I am talking with you about in my weekly email is WHAT WORKED FOR ME! Starting with meditation which I began to practice it on a daily basis almost 6 years ago. Yes there have been times when it went by the way side and you know what? It became very evident in my life experience that something was missing, and it was this connection with Source. And although Abraham talks often about IMAGINATION, it wasn’t until I came across the teachings of Neville Goddard that I really understood and witnessed the VALUE of hopping in my imagination often and CREATING the reality I DESIRE. Then I came across Wayne Dyer’s book The Power Of Intention and WOW, was that ever an INCREDIBLY SYNCHRONIZED experience as I coupled that with my MEDITATION and IMAGINATION and really started to see things FLOW into my reality. Then of course there is APPRECIATION, which all of our great teachers discuss quite a bit but it wasn’t until I really started practicing it on a regular basis that I saw the AMAZING VALUE of not only appreciating what was in my current life experience that I was enjoying but also that which was on its way to me and even the not so enjoyable stuff that I was experiencing. So now I make lists every morning and every evening of what I am thankful for. Then I came across the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza and this is when I started doing the work of FEELING MY DESIRED FUTURE as though it already exists, and of course Neville Goddard’s technique of thinking FROM not thinking OF.
Now don’t misunderstand me, ALL of these great teachers have touched on ALL of these subjects at some point. As Abraham says “we are saying the same thing just in different ways to help you understand in the way you can”. There is not a great teacher out there that doesn’t stress the VALUE and BENEFIT of meditating, of hopping in your imagination, of setting your intentions for the next hour, the day or your life. And they all stress the importance of expressing your appreciation for all the things currently in your life and those yet to come. And if you PAY ATTENTION, they are all saying in one or the other the INCREDIBLE VALUE and CREATIVE POWER of how you FEEL. In fact Abraham kinda dumbs it down for us by consistently saying “GET HAPPY”!
So that is what has worked for me for years! And when I practice these things on a regular basis (cause admittedly I’m not always good at that), I almost immediately start seeing the results. So I will be sharing with you the wisdom from the teachers and their books/live sessions.
